At Motion Academy, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our courses. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of course purchase. Please note that after 7 days, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note: If the course content and exam have been added to your NASM account, or if the book has been shipped, the refund policy will no longer be applicable, regardless of the 7-day refund period.

Registration fees are non-refundable after 7 days.

To initiate a refund, please provide us with your order number, which you can find on our website. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following:

  • Check your bank account again to ensure the refund has not been credited.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as there may be processing time associated with the refund.
