Boxing and short training programs have become popular in the health and fitness world, and now there's the perfect class. Boxing combinations combined with high-intensity interval training make this 45-minute class really effective for:

You are not competing (fighting) against each other, but working together by hitting each other's gloves. This class is supported by specially selected and energetic music that guides and motivates you during the exercise. There is music used, but we certainly don't work to rhythm or use percussion.
