  • Chapter 4: Fascia Anatomy and Movement Science – Learn fascia anatomy concepts and identify fascial networks.

Section 3: Communication and Client Assessment

  • Chapter 5: Communication and Rapport Building – Apply proven techniques to build trust and communicate stretching benefits.
  • Chapter 6: Assessment – Understand intake procedures, assessments, and re-evaluation processes.

Section 4: Techniques and Program Design

  • Chapter 7: Integrated Stretching Techniques – Learn client responses (physical and emotional) to stretching techniques, including traction and sustained movement.

Final Exam

After completing the course, you’ll take a timed online exam (100 multiple-choice questions, 90 minutes). A passing score is 70% or higher, with up to 3 attempts allowed.
