PLAYBALL Terms & Conditions

• Refunds are available within 7 days of registration or prior to the summer camp start date of registration, whichever comes first.
• Refunds are not applicable once the summer camp has started. Partial attendance (such as attending one day) is not eligible for a refund.
• The 1-week package is non-refundable; however, it can be rescheduled in emergency situations (health concerns), subject to availability.
• Parents may select their preferred summer camp start date based on available slots.
• Rescheduling is permitted in cases of illness or health-related concerns.
• If parents anticipate travel, we kindly ask that they notify us in advance and select suitable dates accordingly at the time of booking, applicable to the 4 week package.
