Certification Requirements

  • Trainees are required to complete 40 hours of practical application at an accredited fitness club to enhance practical skills and gain real-world professional experience
  • Motion Academy is not responsible for providing the fitness club; however, trainees have full flexibility to choose a suitable facility, with ongoing academic support, supervision, and guidance provided throughout the practical period


Practical Exam

  • Submission of a recorded video of a complete personal training session, with a minimum duration of 45 minutes
  • The session must be designed and delivered according to the training protocol outlined in the course material


Theoretical Exam

Final International Exam:

  • Available in Arabic or English (language selected by the trainee)
  • 100 multiple-choice questions
  • Passing score: 70%


Important Note

You may not sit for the final exam unless you hold a valid CPR/AED or BLS certification.

First Aid certification is not accepted it must be CPR, AED or BLS.

Mode of Delivery: The course can be taken online or live in person, based on your preference.

Course Duration: The program consists of 8 to 10 lectures in total.

Weekly Schedule: Sessions are held twice per week.

Lecture Duration: Each lecture is 4 hours.
